Let us promote you and your book: PR specialist and author Hope Katz Gibbs, owner of InkandescentPR, joined forces with Jeff in 2025 to shine even more light on the authors featured at Elaine’s Literary Salon.

Who: If you have published a book or know someone who has, schedule your Elaine’s Literary Salon event by sending Hope an email.

When: Jeff conducts the interviews several times each week

• Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday evenings, 6-9 pm (interview is 7-8 pm)
• Saturday, Sunday Brunch, 12-3 pm (interview is 1-2 pm)

What: Promotion in our Upcoming Events

Once we nail down the date and time, I’ll add your bio and book to the website so our viewers can see that you are speaking. Please send that to our PR director, hope@hopegibbs.com, founder of InkandescentPR.com.

Packages:

No-Charge Package: Do it yourself! Once we nail down the date and time of your event, we encourage you to:

• Post the event on Eventbrite.com, your website and social media (send Hope the link)
• Create a flyer for us to post in the restaurant prior to your event (send Hope the pdf)
• Hope will:
  • Create a promo for the Upcoming Events section of our website. Please email your bio, photo, book cover, details about the book and where to buy it to Hope
• Once the promo is ready: Blast out the invite to friends and family so they can join us. Please have them sign up on the Eventbrite page you created so we can track your guest list.
• Pick a cocktail and entree: Your book is unique, and we want to honor your work, so we’ll give your guests a discount for the delicious offerings at Elaine’s (details below). Elaine’s menu is here.

PR and Production Package: For just $299, InkandescentPR will promote your author event!

We love to spread the word about the amazing books and careers of our authors. As the publicist for Elaine’s Literary Salon, Hope’s job is to help raise the visibility of our Authors. Here’s what she’ll do for you:

• Pre-event promotion: Let us blast out the news about your big day and attract more attendees!
  • We’ll post your Author Event on Eventbrite: Here’s an example of one we recently hosted: eventbrite.com
  • We’ll create a captivating flyer featuring you, your book, and the details of your event (including your signature cocktail and entrée choice) that will be displayed around the restaurant, the bar, and outside of Elaine’s to attract even more interest
  • We’ll include you in our elite group of Authors: You’ll be featured on elainesliterarysalon.com/category/authors and on our PR site: inkandescent.us/our-authors
• Post-event outreach: The Inkandescent channels get more than 1 milllion hits/month and reach 50K+ connections on social media. We are excited to spread the word about you and your book to our followers!
  • Podcast production and promotion: Your interview will be professionally produced by our experienced Inkandescent team as a podcast that is featured on the homepage of InkandescentRadio.com, and also blasts out on our literary salon channels on Spotify, Apple, and iHeart Radio.
  • Video production and promotion: The interview will also be produced as a video for Inkandescent.tv and featured on the homepage of our Literary Salon playlist: www.tinyurl.com/elainestv
  • Magazine column: We’ll feature you on Jeff’s column on Hope’s business magazine: beinkandescent.com/columnists/elaines-literary-salon
  • Ladies get even more PR: You’ll also be featured on Hope’s women’s magazine, InkandescentWomen.com.
