This one is a crowd favorite: The London’s Olive Oil Martini is an original recipe by Elaine’s owner, Cynthia Higgins. New Amsterdam Gin is infused with rosemary, thyme, and olive oil for a week, then our mixologists emulsify it in the freezer and separate the oil, giving the drink a velvety texture guests love.
